Curiosity and empathy

 So, if we spend a bit of time, mostly we will admit that there is a awful lot to be curious about, in the world we currently inhabit.   And reflecting back through history you will see that we have been curious about stuff for some time now.  One curious thing about curiosity would have to be that we are not the only species on this planet that appears to enjoy or at least employ curiosity.  So it is a curious thing.  Likewise, for empathy, all though we employ it often, and even have some appreciation for it , it does not seem to be unique to our species.  

This does kind of make me wonder about where it did come from initially.  I suspect, that perhaps, in the future somebody might isolate the gene that these behaviors are associated with , and trace that gene back to it's origin, and then perhaps we will know where these behaviors originated from.  Figuring that out might just take some time, and an awful lot of curiosity.

One thing, that I do also find a bit curious is, that in the U.S.A., every four years, we elect one man to head up the U.S. government.  Since we have been doing this for some considerable time, it may not seem all that curious, but I think, that if you step back, and consider, how long and how consistently we have performed this , kind of special , activity, well, if pressed you might admit it might really be curious, that we do, do it.

And so , in a short amount of time, we will perform this exercise, yet again.  Well, perhaps, 4 years is really a short amount of time, anyway, but it does seem like a short amount of time for an activity which generally seems to have substantial consequences.  And so, I do think, we have to exercise some caution and care in order that when we choose we do choose wisely, because, as many will admit, there may be an awful lot, on the line. . And so, what is on the line, may have a some things to do with both hot and cold.

Perplexity, absurdity, and power

 So, when you consider or imagine " absolute " power, you must also consider the issue of " infinite " work.  In other words, without the results or effects of power, you really don't know anything about it. Nevertheless, throughout most of human history, we have labored under this concept of " absolute " power, which in and of itself produces very difficult logical or mental conundrums.  Of course, Dr. Einstein was fairly successful in dispelling some of these odd conundrums in particularly as regards some of our notions related to the physical world and our " environment " so to speak, however, that required a life time of work, and the help of many colleagues over the years. Something, something, reality

 Now, when we reflect back on " reality ", most people will agree, >>> it's hard to do without it <<< Now, we might be able to figure out how Godel's Proof , ties back to all this stuff, but it seems to me that if you want to describe some kind of reality, then you pretty much have to talk about diversity, and so probably, possibly what you are really talking about is the " ability " to sort out, elements of diversity as being a substantive process which it kind of seems like is persistently .occurring.   This might occur through action like --->  back actions <--- of some different processes or  even ---> front action <----, which might be easier to comprehend.
