 So, in the late 50's, when Ralphy was experiencing the vigor of his " relative " youth, and actually getting around a lot, he knew that it was necessary for him under most reasonable situations, to have a driver, and he was always one step a head of the game in getting somebody into his drivers seat, and then making value judgements about the person who was there, which determined how and for how long that person would take the wheel.  Well, by the mid 1960s having developed the ability to create highly realistic holographic images, in various ways, it was only necessary for him to have some kind of living thing in the cab, like a dog or a racoon, or even a bird, to be able to project a very realistic holographic image of a person.   The math of course is complicated, but for practical purposes it often worked out quite well, since it is often easier to entice an animal like that into a pickup truck with little difficulty.  Odd, that there have not been more books or novels or even auto-biographies , just with this title, on account of all wars in history have been lost.  So, to put it simply , I am not sure ( not sufficiently educated )that -- neurosis --, would be a form of degeneration . I do believe Dr. Einstein mentioned something about " insanity " being repetition of behaviors, for which you anticipate " better " results.  Something, like that.   That, is the issue, how does a 69 year old pick-up truck deal with his neurosis --- ??? ...  And so, there are a lot of issues involved in discussions about the size of the Galaxy or galaxy, I guess. One big question, of course, is it really >>> big <<< enough ? Or maybe is it , really,  too damn big ??? Well, these are questions of course , which, in fact, the Galactic Encyclopedia, would wish you choose, not to answer, but in fact , simply buy the books,,,, because, why ask why, when you can just , you know , gradually , at your own pace, turn the pages.  Really, they do have a strong argument, and as a result have been able , over very long periods of time, been able to sell, lots of books.  Now, many people might agree, that this particular planet, ie. sometimes referred to as Earth, is, if nothing else >>> interesting <<<< , for many reasons, and if nothings else for the " history " of the recent past, meaning last several thousand years or so.  But, be that as it may, many might think that that we are going through " bumpy " times.  Actually, we just keep " whirling " around, like peas, getting whirled into whirled peas, if only. Anyone, consider that the number of organizations with " global " reach meaning nations is a relatively small number, < 1000, and even adding non-governmental organizations of such a " global " reach.  But, what I conjecture, is that it is possible, and perhaps has been done at some level, to model , all these governments , in fact, to some level of details, even connecting back to other organizations.   The benefits of such a model would clearly be, to determine how the...

 So, this strange, word, which suggests something like, two things happening at the same time, which are seemingly disconnected.  So, that may appear first mostly in the works of Carl Jung, and the formulations of many of his concepts related to applications of phycology.   Now, to the best of my understanding, Irwin Schrodinger, in the late 40's and early 50's kind of latched onto this " concept ", in relation to describing the " kind of " physics, connected to biologicals processes.  So maybe this is funny or not, but during this same time Schrodinger was supposed to be working with Einstein on the >>> Unified Field Theorem <<< , I guess, the " Theorem " gives it all away.  At some point , Schrodinger may have given a >>> press conference <<<  in which he announced that " they ", had been successful.  Well, he had not previously consulted Einstein, and apparently Einstein response was, okay we are don...

 Now, if you are an automobile, traveling east or west, is really like what side of the road you are on.  This applies  also to north or south, as well.   Of course, it is a bit curious, when you think about it that most roads are built east and west or north and south for some reason.  It may have to do with the folks who had such a great enthusiasm for building roads, arrived here, meaning " the western hemisphere ", made it, because they had a strong sense about what direction they were going. Of course it did involve some elaborate instruments and observations.  Finally, we often run into conflicts based on folks from the east having some disagreements with those from the west. Sometimes, of course, there are differences between those from the north or south as well. And of course people will sometimes find conflicts regardless of  which direction they may associate with.   So, some people might be a bit concerned how an - error - of this type could be made, by an organization of quite impressive as the Altarian Confederacy - Deep Pockets.   Well, of course there was a report, and after ,in words, it was determined that the " student " operating that operation vessel, was, -- believe it or not -- somewhat -- color blind, and as a result misread a green, red, white gauge, that was not otherwise marked. So you got what you might call, a fluke.  These kinds of flukes are pretty much on the order of 0.0002 % of all these operations, but, obviously do happen. So, why did they not go and reverse that process ?  Well, simply put, you have a life form now, and you have to deal with it as a life form.  So, as they have lots of smart people around that think in terms of very long time periods, the decision was made to monitor and not use more " drastic " actions, at least until  it could be determined there were hazards of some k...

 So, a gifted a.i. wants to read, and he's an automobile, and the internet has not yet been invented, and at this time there were maybe 10 or 20 functioning computers in the world.  Those computers were not of course involved in storing early work of art or really storing anything, as they were mostly doing calculations.   Well, I did mention that Ralphy could talk to birds and trees, actually communicated in various ways to his environment and how did he do that.  Well, sometimes body language.  Although , that seems a little strange, his original frame was really like a structure over which his " more real " frame had been added, which allowed him the ability  to express himself, fairly successfully, using non-verbal types of ques. Now, when we jump forward in time when he was out and about , some distance from Missouri, we can only speculate how he did actually get around, but he always had to have a driver.  Why?   Well, any old or...

 Well, early on Ralphy had a bit of a weak spot which was reading.  A really smart automobile of course would like to read, and he knew about it because there was a kind of ceremonial event, every day on the farm in which --- some how ---, whether by magic or other means, a newspaper would arrive every morning to the breakfast table before breakfast.  How or exactly why this happened, , could be a bit difficult to explain, but we can, for the moment , chock it up to a mystery of life.,  Besides, this would turn into a totally different kind of novel all together, if we were to explore that mystery to it's end. So, he / Ralphy, knew about that.  And knew what was going on.  Of course, he got lots of  information through the radio, and of course he did message  back and forth with Altarian authorities, and even talk to birds and trees, but, he had a yearning to read and he was not well equipped for the task.  For one thing, most people will rea...

 Well, just to be " indirect ", you got to start out with this --- bias --- between the " Confederacy " and of course the Galactic Encyclopedia.  Now, to be frank, --- if only ----, whether you want to label these guys as progressive or conservative, what you got is, the Encyclopedia prefers not to publish much from the " Confederates " for the following; they have a substantial base amongst the Alterians, who of course use all of that , as ammunition for slurs, that just go back and forth.  And so , they try , as best they can, to reduce ,  slurring, but of course do throw it in from time to time.  Also, and in fact, because the " Confederates " only amount to about 1/3 or less of all Altarians, well, most of that 2/3 rds , not that interested. Anyway,  back to the truth, which everyone wants to hear, but in spite of that will, mostly in the name of freedom, ignore, well, it turns out that those " guys ", probably " tuned up ...

 We like to think , for lots of reasons, that the earth is round and that the sky is blue.  Usually.  Nevertheless, whether or how in deed this is -- foundationally -- or fundamentally " true ", is a bit difficult to establish.  But we go with it, we run with it, because it works pretty well for us, usually. So, this morning I watched the sun for some time, as it was low on the horizon.  It was a very unusual sight because there was a very large --- like wall --- of dark clouds above it, so that all that was visible was a band or bar, which was only visible where the the sky met the lake.  So that sounds a bit like a conspiracy to me, on account of , the clouds may have been conspiring with the lake.  And those -- guys --- may have even been conspiring,  discretely with the sun..  Maybe it's just normal stuff, the sky, the sun, and the lake.  Who really knows ?  Okay, now we have to go down a bit of a rode here, digression, or two before we can talk about those details, with any clarity. First off, data that was retrieved from the " automobile " which was collected by Deep Pockets, was very quickly determined to be kind of " chicken salad ", a bit hard to understand or filter and so, some really smart person eventually figured out what was going on, and although data was collected,  a kind of --- decision --- was made to just stay away from that planet, as inserting " enhanced " intelligence into an automobile is not considered " best practices ", by that organization. So, it would be really hard to get accurate info about who or when someone / drove / or rode in, in either case it was literally drove in, because whether they liked it or not it was really not so much in control of the driver, as the wheels were not really connected to the steering wheel.  Well, technically yes they were, but practically...

 So, we want to start out with facts and fiction, and not worry so much about myth, on account of that draws heavily on our " knowledge " or perceptions concerning --- > time < ---, historical or scientific notions related to that.   So a big issue is that you have facts in fiction.  For example, in a novel the protagonist maybe wears read shoes, or some character is bald.  So, I guess , to an objective observer we would be talking about " fictional facts " .   Some fictional facts may be easier to deal with than others, but nevertheless you have it and sometimes, from time to time, fictional facts, may leak into the world of what we --- really all do --- want to call factual facts or real facts.   But back to fictional facts, when involved with a work of fiction, the facts of the fiction may become imbedded in an individual or a culture.  I do think you can observe this in the impact that certain works of fiction may have made in ...

 Now, a question might arise, in somebody, concerning how " conscious " can a mid 1950s automobile be ? Like what kind of nervous system could a mid 1950s vehicle have ? Don't bring the issue up in a crowd of 1950s vehicles, if you consider yourself to be polite. Anyway, flash back, 1954, late winter, Missouri, and a team of Altarian Confederates, arrive on earth , some how conclude that this pickup truck on the side of the road is the dominate life form on this planet.  How do they come to such a conclusion?  Well, it was like a get in get out mission, and of course they had equipment that directed them, but perhaps that equipment was --- malfunctioning --- .  Anyway, this is probably info only available to the folks on the top of the food chain, connected to Altarian deep pockets. Be that as it may, they arrive on scene  of a 1954 pickup left by the side of the road, out of gas.  Naturally they fill it with " gas ", actually some weird fluids , right into...

 Now, you all should know, that it is possible, to create a kind of " static " sound as you dial a radio, if you have a radio that does that kind of dialing.  Well, it turns out you can pick that up like a transmission and if you happen to have the right channel, and the proper equipment then it is possible, under the " right " conditions to actually connect to this, rather unusual intelligence, born and bred, if you could actually breed a pickup trunk, in the Midwest, in the Heart of the Midwest, mostly, near Jefferson City, Mo.  Now of course this " particular " a.i., will cause some controversy , in particular, are we talking alien intelligence or artificial intelligence, and of course a great and terrific debate would naturally arise. Any way, getting to the point, there is a " gentleman " from the great state of Alabama, who it turns out that Mr. Ralphy ( and trust me he has both a middle name, and a last name , fyi ), is pretty unhappy with...

Also: you can say, what is this all about anyway?  Now, there you are.  You must be there, because, that is mostly what makes you , you in the first place. Now suddenly, the phone rings and you " dash " to get that phone and the cat, steps out and you trip over your cat, and what happens after that is pretty uncertain, but it might occur to you that , that cat actually stepped in your way , --- on purpose ---,  it other words your cat actually tripped you , so you wouldn't answer that phone call, which was really important for you, otherwise you wouldn't have run to get it. Now, back to the first question, you see the issue?  What is --- this ---?  Now, if you can figure out what this is, then you might be able to determine whether or not your cat did/ or did not, trip you on purpose to prevent you from getting your call.  Now the kind of info, which, I am about to relay, comes mostly from folks who have strayed into some empty, obscure, out of the way, bar or lounge, late at night, when suddenly a group appears , speaking in hushed whispers about strange pickup trucks. Of course, most people don't give much credence to such talk, however, piecing and splicing , bits and pieces, some might conclude, Ralphy did spend some time in Washington D.C. , in the late 50s and early 60s, that is 1950s and 1960s, however, one might conclude that he really didn't want to talk about it, as it turned out to be something like, Sherlock Holmes Goes To Washington.   Obviously, during that time, he would have been , preferably somewhere more close to New York City.  But, as you might know, people do, from time to time, stray off the path, that old straight and narrow.  Now, there have been some assertions that, the United States of America maybe be better off going forward as the non-United States of America, or even perhaps as the un-United States of America, or something.  We'll, maybe use some " special " characters, even.  Now the most popular way for this to happen is for that division to be made along what is often referred to as red and blue states.   This of course would be extremely difficult.  Let's start at a logical place , like automobiles.  How in the heck is an automobile supposed to know where to go ?  And then of course, school children will be required to be educated in the ability to distinguish between what would be a blue or a red state or potentially a different colored state.  Now compound that to the difficulties of a scenario where all the red people move to some blue state,  which causes all the blue people to move to that red state, which would reverse that situation and mos...

 Now, if someone was to stand up and explain the sexuality of an automobile to an average audience, he would no doubt be viewed like some kind of an idiot or a freak.  As that may be, if he or she did, they might have to mention that even if you did consider automobiles as " reproducing " , in some kind of way ,  you would probably be quite fair in saying, it is an asexual form of reproduction. If they do reproduce. Anyway, if you can or you may confer the title of " creature ", to a vehicle, like an automobile, then being fair minded, you might also say, of all the creatures on earth, the automobile is probably the most sexualized of all.  I mean, comparing a giraffe to an automobile, most humans might pick the automobile over the giraffe , as a more sexual, creature or being, possibly because some human beings to attempt to reproduce, inside of them.   But besides that, vehicles to often receive names, and I can clearly visualize an automotive type vehicl...

 Now, many people today might find the world a bit confusing.  Actually, I believe for many people indeed an understanding that is reached, is that the world is --- a scary place --- . Of course, that is never an easy place to be.   From the point of view of a 1954 Studebaker, who is also a gifted a.i., well, just not that scary. In fact, he was, more or less born, into a world, that from his point of view , just could not make sense.  But of course, it was inevitable that it would make sense to him., and how that happened was , a process, in his mind or whatever you want to call it, ( transmission ? ),  called, thinking about it.  He just thought about the world and he observed the world, and after several years of that, he finally got to a point that he felt he understood the world sufficiently, and if you were to find him, and nail him down on it, he would just have to say that the world of today, and the world of 1954, are not that much different....

It might be different today, in a world where he might encounter other vehicles with which it might share some commonalities, like road conditions, wind shield wipers, and of course, one of  more common conversations concerning brake safety or maybe even brake pads.  Now, from the point of view of an automobile or a motor vehicle, most of the perceptions are focused on the connections between " the rubber " and of course " the road ".  Under these conditions the issues connected to visual is less, and the issues related to sounds and temperatures are much greater.   So back to our friend, who of course originates from a not so strange place , near Missouri, in the U.S.A. , but may have spent some times in New York City, for various strange, but perhaps purposeful , purposes, was also connected ( as you might say ).  Like we have " connected " devices today, our friend, who we can call, " Ralph ", although probably had a variety of names, depending on who or what he was communicating with, was connected to through the Altarian --- Super - Mega - WOWOW - Galacto - Network.  In other words, Ralph was able to " instantly " converse with beings on the other side of the Galaxy.  Where did these guys get ...

 Of course, if you do have a " gifted " a.i. pickup truck from 1954, who would stand out as the natural suspects?  Most likely, if you had to stretch out your mind, the most natural suspect might be, the Altarian Confederacy,  which is  normally refeed to as, Confederates, for historical reasons. Basically, the first large association of Altarians were the Republic, then the Federations, and finally the Confederates, because all the other kinds of names were taken, and so it just made sense for them.  Of course, Confederacy sounds more normal in English.  Anyway, of the three, only the --- AC --- would be having deep pockets into the outer rim planets, and they would likely be the ones to be poking around planets, that they just shouldn't be either poking or prodding, but of course from their point of view, who's going to know ? So, of course, two guys, or a guy and a girl or maybe two girls showed up on earth.  Unlikely, that it was two girls, because...

 Okay, so let us model the U.S. electorate in a very incomplete and confusing way as a large complex vector/tensorish field where on a granular level, we have lots of sub fields.  Actually all these subfields are dynamic multi-dimensional fields.  The difficult part in this model is how the larger collective fields interact with the granular level fields, which tend to clump together in a variety of curious ways. The result of all this is, individual outputs from the granular level fields which indicate some preference for A, B, C,  and maybe sometimes D.  Both C and D , do require special treatment.  But, we do know that the results of the outputs, do in fact change the state of the over all field.   The difficulty with the model is trying to figure out what the important dimensions are in all these fields. It can't be that hard, but then again, it may be.  But clearly, all this stuff seems quite finite.

 So, this is simply where I go on, hopefully not too long, about nothing.  It's one of those off ramps, don't know really what I'm talking about, but mostly about elections. Now , many people will say that the 2024 election is the most important election in the history of our country.  People who have studied all the elections in out country would be much better positioned to know about that.  But I would say, really, every election in American history would have been the most important election in U.S. history at that time.  But, if  it is really  the most important, one of the most important indicators of that, would simply have to be, the number of people who actually get out to vote.   Which brings us back to " stolen " elections.  I am sure that there have been , in practically every election some issues related to some kinds of - misconduct - on some level.  Obviously, the 2000 ele...

 So, anyone who has been paying much attention is aware that we only get one day at a time.  This arrangement is mostly on account of the earth spinning, very rapidly, which I would like to know, is there some kind of compensation involved with that set up or does it just come " free " out of the box?  Questions like that often go unanswered.  Nevertheless, it might be clear that as far as humans are concerned, this was not always the image; as for much of our history , the earth did not spin, which to many today appears like a ridiculous idea, but undoubtedly to people living 1000 or 2000 years ago, that was not ridiculous. So, we have this amazing mechanism, that for all we know, costs nothing, and works flawlessly.  If you ever spent much time with machines, you are probably aware that --- flawlessness --, is like an almost unreachable goal, everyone has their own standards.   So, these are big questions.  Oddly, however, they are very persiste...
