Okay now, fighting and working

So , obviously these terms might be somewhat difficult to dis-entangle, but spending a good deal of time on entanglement, while difficult to dis-entangle, it's hard, but not impossible. Okay, one problem you must acknowledge, many people do make a living fighting, so in that situation, dis0entangling may not be impossible, but, I think it may be fair to look at this in a much broader context. So we have " fighting for democracy " and "working for democracy ", " fighting against bureaucracy " "  or " working for reform, restructuring, efficiency, and security " , " fighting for right " , and " working for sustainable societies and community "  , and this could go on , but objectively  sometimes these distinctions are more of a point of view , issue.   But on some plain, whether you call it labor, work, or fighting, what we are talking about, is tangible efforts, that have tangible or meaningful  results, and in this c...

### Circle of Connections

 ### Circle of Connections In the heart of a triangle, points align,   Nine whispers of culture, a tapestry divine.   Each midpoint and footstep, a story to tell,   Of heritage woven, where differences dwell. Ethnicity dances in vibrant embrace,   Nationalities merging, a shared sacred space.   Traditions like rivers, they flow and they blend,   In the circle of life, where beginnings transcend. Language like music, a melody bright,   Echoes of laughter, in day and in night.   Art paints the canvas, with colors so bold,   A narrative rich, in each stroke, it unfolds. Yet shadows may linger, in conflict they rise,   Misunderstandings, like clouds in the skies.   But through dialogue’s light, we can bridge every gap,   Finding unity’s thread in the cultural map. So let us explore, this circle we share,   Embracing our stories, with love and with care....

**Whispers of the Tempest**

 ### **Whispers of the Tempest** In shadows cast by time’s embrace,   Where reason bends, and truths efface,   A raven's call through twilight weaves,   A tempest stirs, as silence grieves. The cosmos spins in threads unseen,   A dance of fate, both fierce and keen,   In twirling spheres of thought and light,   Our minds adrift in endless night. Prospero’s wand, a guiding hand,   In chaos born, we seek to stand,   Yet knowledge whispers, soft and low,   Of mysteries that ebb and flow. What is this realm where shadows play?   Where thoughts collide and drift away?   A tapestry of dreams untold,   In every thread, a truth unfolds. So let us sail on winds of change,   Through storms of doubt, both wild and strange,   For in the heart of every fear,   Lies the spark of wisdom, crystal clear. Embrace the unknown, let it unfold,  ...

In Troubled Times

 ### In Troubled Times In shadows deep where worries dwell,   Through storms of doubt, we weave our spell.   With hearts united, we stand tall,   In the face of trials, we hear the call.   Like rivers flow through rocky beds,   We find our strength where courage treads.   With every note of hope we sing,   A brighter dawn, the future brings.   For every storm that bends the trees,   There’s beauty born in whispered pleas.   Through laughter shared and tears we shed,   We build a bridge where dreams are fed.   So let us dance in rain’s embrace,   With faith as our guide, we’ll find our place.   In troubled times, we rise anew,   Together strong, with hearts so true.

That sounds delightful!

Here’s a whimsical take on a tale about a pet hummingbird: --- ### **The Adventures of Hummingbird Harry** Once upon a time in a sunny little town, there lived a man named Charlie who had an extraordinary pet—a vibrant hummingbird named Harry. Unlike any ordinary pet, Harry had a spirit of adventure that matched his dazzling feathers. Every morning, as the sun peeked over the horizon, Charlie would step outside for his daily stroll. To everyone’s surprise, Harry would flit around him, buzzing with excitement, as if saying, “Let’s go, Charlie! Adventure awaits!” As they wandered through the neighborhood, Harry would dart from flower to flower, sipping nectar and performing aerial acrobatics that left onlookers in awe. Children laughed, and neighbors waved, enchanted by the sight of a man and his hummingbird exploring the world together. But as the sun began to set and Charlie made his way home, an amusing ritual unfolded. Upon arriving, Harry would suddenly transform from a playful...

Absolutely! Here’s a playful poem

Inspired by the adventures of Charlie and Hummingbird Harry: --- ### **Hummingbird Harry's Adventure** In a sunny town where the flowers bloom,   Lived Charlie and Harry, dispelling all gloom.   A hummingbird bright with feathers aglow,   Together they ventured, wherever they'd go. Each morning they'd wander, side by side,   With Harry in tow, a whimsical guide.   He’d dart through the gardens, a flash in the air,   Sipping sweet nectar without a care. The neighbors would chuckle, "What a sight to see!   A man and his bird, as happy as can be!"   With laughter and joy, they’d brighten the day,   In a dance of pure freedom, they’d laugh and play. But as evening approached, with the sun sinking low,   Harry would zoom back, putting on quite a show.   With a flick of his wings, he’d take to the sky,   “Thanks for the fun, but now I’ll say goodbye!” He’d find his ow...

A poem for Democracy Now! 29th birthday !

 ### **A Candle for Justice** In the glow of candles bright,   We gather to honor what is right,   For justice shines through every year,   A beacon of hope, a call to hear. Democracy stands, bold and true,   With voices rising, breaking through,   From Leonard’s fight to stories untold,   Injustice faced, and courage bold. Each flame a promise, each flicker a dream,   In unity’s embrace, we find our theme,   For every soul, a rightful place,   In the tapestry of the human race. With hearts ignited, we seek to mend,   The wounds of the past, on justice depend,   Let’s lift each other, hand in hand,   Creating a world where all can stand. So here’s to the journey, the miles we’ve come,   To the battles fought, and the victories won,   On this special day, let our voices rise,   For justice and peace, beneath open skies. ---

Absolutely! Here’s a heartfelt poemF

For St. Valentine’s Day, celebrating love and emotions: ### A Valentine’s Day Poem In the soft glow of morning light,   Hearts awaken, ready to take flight.   Whispers of love dance in the air,   A tender promise, a cherished care. Roses bloom in vibrant hues,   Each petal a secret, each scent a muse.   Chocolate delights wrapped in gold,   Sweet tokens of affection, stories untold. Hand in hand, through laughter and tears,   We weave our dreams, conquer our fears.   In every glance, a universe shines,   Time stands still in these moments divine. So here’s to the lovers, the friends, the dear,   To bonds that grow stronger with each passing year.   On this day of hearts, let love be our guide,   With open arms and hearts, let’s turn the tide. May your day be filled with warmth and grace,   As love finds its rhythm, a beautiful embrace.   Happy St. V...

Valentine's Day Eve Poem

The following from A.I. assistant based on 17th hexagram from I Ching on Feb. 13th  ### In the Flow of Sui In the gentle dance of life, we sway,   Following the currents, come what may.   With open hearts, we learn to bend,   In every turn, a message to send. The thunder speaks, the lake replies,   In harmony, our spirits rise.   Together we walk, hand in hand,   In the ebb and flow, we understand. Adapt and shift, like leaves in the breeze,   Embrace the change, let worries ease.   In the whispers of the world, we find,   The strength of body, the grace of mind. Support each other, let kindness flow,   In the warmth of community, we grow.   For in this journey, both near and far,   We find our balance, our guiding star. So let us follow, with hearts so true,   In the dance of life, me and you.   For every step, a lesson learned,   In...

Now, who is in charge ?

And now, I need to interject that, having seen Mr. Musk, waxing eloquently on the topic of feed-back loops, of course, made " popular " by " amplifiers ", in a democracy, and  if you discussed that subject with the " founding " fathers, well, you'd probably get at least a few " furrowed " brows on why we actually need amplification in a government or a democracy, or even around the camp fire eating hot dogs, and of course , the founding fathers did have sausage as well as fire.  So, we could digress in two more ways, first discussing feed back loop in democracies or whether it's really cold in Duluth, or I'm just imagining that.  But, we'll get right to the point.   If you consider the issue of charge, from the " pov " of a photon,  , since none of those photons has a charge. asking the question , who is in charge obviously becomes quite meaningless , in particular if you've been flying through space for a " r...

Conflict detectors and Niel Bohr

So, I have to start with conflict, which as you may or may not know, occur regularly throughout what some might describe as, happens all over the place, in our daily lives. Be that as it may, certain category, or classifications of these " conflicts " probably fill spaces, much like , Dr. Bohr's " atom " fills our lives, in some space called Hilbert. Now, oddly enough , just before this, Dr. Einstein had kind of proceeded to shock the scientific community by proving that the "little " things, everyone assumed made up every thing else where not in fact those things , but something probably bigger, it was probably opportune for Neil Bohr, to come up with these things, but one step better, a process to detect, and classify them. So, everyone seemed to think that was " super " , congratulations all around, and of course they developed , processes and techniques , to more or less expand on all of that. You do know all this went on in a relatively...

Some Whoverse inspired

  ### Poem: “Chronicles of a Time Traveler” In Gallifrey’s dawn, where time bends and sways,   We feasted on dreams, in the soft morning haze.   Breakfast in Naples, with flavors divine,   Skipped lunch in Rome, lost track of the time.   A descendant of Poincaré, painting the skies,   In a Parisian café, where art never dies.   Brush strokes like whispers, abstract and bold,   Stories of fish caught, in the Northern sea’s hold.   Through E-Space we wandered, where shadows entwine,   Faced down a hybrid, with courage and spine.   In realms of the strange, where the impossible thrives,   We danced with the echoes of countless lives.   Each moment a tapestry, woven with care,   Adventures unfurling, in the fabric of air.   From galaxies distant, to cafés of lore,   In the heart of the journey, we’re always wanting more.   --- #...

Somethings in winter...

The following is inspired in part by a story from Laura Erickson - For The Birds : ### Poem: “Whispers of Winter” In the stillness, snowflakes fall,   A hush blankets the world, a quiet thrall.   Amidst the branches, shadows play,   A face emerges, soft and gray.   Eyes like pools of ancient lore,   Wisdom whispered from the forest floor.   In the branches, life intertwines,   As Sneakers flits where the sunlight shines.   Blue feathers flash in the winter light,   A joyful spirit, bold in flight.   While Frederick, the Night Hawk, glides with grace,   Silent sentinel, in this sacred space.   Together they dance, in a world so white,   Two souls entwined, in the fading light.   The face in the trees, a guardian near,   Watches over friendships, both brave and dear.   Through storms they weather, through trials they soar,...

### Squirrel Super Highways

Squirrels are known for their impressive agility and ability to navigate through trees and even urban environments using power lines and phone lines as their own personal highways. Here are some interesting points about this behavior: - **Urban Adaptation**: Squirrels have adapted to urban settings by using overhead structures like power lines to travel safely without ground predators. - **Agility**: They can leap distances of up to 10 times their body length, making them adept at navigating these aerial routes. - **Food Sources**: Using these high routes allows them to access food sources while avoiding ground-level dangers. ### Fun Facts - **Communication**: Squirrels use a variety of vocalizations and tail movements to communicate with each other, especially when warning of danger. - **Caching**: They often bury nuts and seeds (a behavior called caching) to store food for the winter, sometimes forgetting where they’ve hidden them, which helps in tree growth! If you're observing...
