Youngest person to ever " drive " Ralphy

Okay, now we have to go down a bit of a rode here, digression, or two before we can talk about those details, with any clarity.

First off, data that was retrieved from the " automobile " which was collected by Deep Pockets, was very quickly determined to be kind of " chicken salad ", a bit hard to understand or filter and so, some really smart person eventually figured out what was going on, and although data was collected,  a kind of --- decision --- was made to just stay away from that planet, as inserting " enhanced " intelligence into an automobile is not considered " best practices ", by that organization.

So, it would be really hard to get accurate info about who or when someone / drove / or rode in, in either case it was literally drove in, because whether they liked it or not it was really not so much in control of the driver, as the wheels were not really connected to the steering wheel.  Well, technically yes they were, but practically, the wheels were controlled by a much more elaborate process.  Anyway, when he was really young, it was really or mostly only adults that would drive Ralphy.  Of course, time went on, and some younger folks ventured into the " interior " of Ralphy, and sometimes there were unexpected results for the " rider/driver ".  See, one thing that was really not connected as it appeared to be was the speedometer, and therefore, Ralphy could travel to Paris, France or London, England, in the about the same time as it " might " take him to get to Jefferson City, about 60 miles away.
