Imaginary Risk!
Now, to begin Imaginary risk!, you must first exit the reality in which there is no Imaginary Risk!, and then enter a reality, (probably by moving to your left ), in which Imaginary Risk! does in fact exist. Kind of like the Twilight Zone.
Well, first thing is there must be some rules. The most important would be that the player actually has to be at the board. In other words, if the player is not at the board , like goes and gets a sandwich, he is out.
Now, the nice things about Imaginary Risk! , is you have a board that kind have a variety of sizes which will allow it then to have a very large and varied number of players. So , for example, you can have 40 or even more players at the beginning of the game. Other than that, it's really like regular risk, in that you take turns, like clockwise or anti-clockwise, and then you can attack other players, but there are more and different cards, and you got all kind of things like balloons, and airplanes, and ect., etc., ( maybe " space ", lasers ? )
Anyway, get a group of - friends - together, and you really want everyone to be - friends - at the end. The natural progression will be that players drop out and you end up with just a few at the end. Somewhat like regular Risk!, you can find yourself in a situation where the game just goes on and on, and suppose now, after a good deal of time you have 3 or 4, and you all really want to have some winner, but suddenly it might occur to you all, that maybe it would be just easier to declare everybody else the winners, because, it's just easier, and you are all tired, and nobody else can say anything , because they are all out.
So, just in case you do enter some reality, in which Imaginary Risk! is actually available, and where people actually do play, you might have some idea of what you would be up against.
