Timelines

Now if you consider the question of, is it hot or cold, there are of course many answers. For example, you are imagining things or ridiculous, or why do you ask, or maybe, etc.  Now this is very important in my own time line, in which I wish to answer the question, in somewhat of a conclusive manner, and yet spend an awful lot of time in an attempt to reach my destination.  Then there is that old >>> cold as hell <<< thing.

Anyway, back to time lines, which serve a very important function, especially it seems in history, when it gets really muddled if you start putting things in the wrong order, for example in U.S. history, if you put the Civil War in front of the Revolutionary War, that would be extremely confusing.  When you spread that out to histories in various other places, you can see how difficult it might be to get a reasonable, or say coherent view of the history of almost anything.

But , I am thinking of a time line in 3d space moving in some direction from some point.  Now , to begin with that time line is mostly a mental construction, however, if you are constructing it for a specific reason or reasons, it can have a lot of utility, for example the amount of wheat or grain , produced in a region, over a given amount of time. You would also note it would look different, depending on the time scales used.

So, I think , we could build an interesting time line related to, how often conflicts were resolved non-violently and how many times , violence was the method in which conflicts were resolved.  Which direction is the time line tending toward?  Is it tending toward violence or non-violence?  How can we change that ?
