And so, Hubert from "outer" Altaria

 Now, the issue of " inner " and " outer ", in the context of Altaria as a whole, would obviously encompass a great deal of territory, and obviously a study for even " great " scholars, but it might not really be that big a deal.

Anyway, Hubert was of course from what many people would consider >> outer << Altaria, but in many ways as regards Hubert, not such a big deal, on account of, Hubert belongs to a rather curious breed/collection/group of folks who in fact can exist on more that one planet at a time. In fact, what that meant was for the unique situation, Hubert was an octopath , which for sure is a pretty " rare bird ", even in the context of outer Altaria, which is generally considered >> wild << by many standards, and in particular of the standards of those who reside more in " inner " Altaria.  

But , obviously, a talent or " gift " of that sort you would think would be quite helpful , in particular as regards gathering information, and so as far as " employment . work " was concerned, rarely difficult, and in fact, it was thus possible, and did happen, he would be employed on one planet and not on another.  Oddly, he did not avoid taxes, on account of having worked closely with those who do in fact  collect taxes.

But , all the hoop apla building Hubert could unfortunately not avoid, and feeling himself, somewhat adverse to excessive amounts of that sort of hoop ala , felt himself , more than a little bit obliged to both befriend Ralphie , but in fact actually help him >> navigate << somewhat the difficult path , that was quite obviously ahead for him.... 

Okay, we can narrow it down a little to some kind of region like " ??? Altaeria or Altearia  ????

And add, very difficult region to either get around, or get through, and easy region to >>> get lost <<<, in.

Perplexity, absurdity, and power

 So, when you consider or imagine " absolute " power, you must also consider the issue of " infinite " work.  In other words, without the results or effects of power, you really don't know anything about it. Nevertheless, throughout most of human history, we have labored under this concept of " absolute " power, which in and of itself produces very difficult logical or mental conundrums.  Of course, Dr. Einstein was fairly successful in dispelling some of these odd conundrums in particularly as regards some of our notions related to the physical world and our " environment " so to speak, however, that required a life time of work, and the help of many colleagues over the years. Something, something, reality

 Now, when we reflect back on " reality ", most people will agree, >>> it's hard to do without it <<< Now, we might be able to figure out how Godel's Proof , ties back to all this stuff, but it seems to me that if you want to describe some kind of reality, then you pretty much have to talk about diversity, and so probably, possibly what you are really talking about is the " ability " to sort out, elements of diversity as being a substantive process which it kind of seems like is persistently .occurring.   This might occur through action like --->  back actions <--- of some different processes or  even ---> front action <----, which might be easier to comprehend.
