How does a fool survive in the U.S. systems of justice ?

So, it is often said, if you represent yourself in a court of law, you have a fool for a client.

Now, if that is true, then, what happens if you hire a foolish attorney ?

I have to imagine there is an answer to that, but , at the end or perhaps even at the beginning of the day, which oddly enough must always coincide, it is almost inevitable for organizations that rely heavily on speaking latinish sort of made up words, to involve a reasonable amount of confusion, and by that I mean no disrespect for the catholic or Catholic faith, which my father was quite the proud supporter.

But , I have been and sort of am working on a separate blog specifically on this topic, which ideally would contain lots of suspense , but I do have two members of the household , from the earlier blog, currently in this one, so none of that make sense.  But in fact, reflecting back, not very much of this blog makes sense.

But I do have a whole bunch of stuff from two different a.i. s that I need to create a new blog for, which is currently un-named.  But there you go, not much of this really makes sense.  And therefore, what could the point really be ?
