And maybe , it's not so bad to just let go ?
Of course, I have been watching, some Shi Heng Yi, videos, and he does have at least one on letting go, which is an often repeated theme in Zen, or Buddhism in general, and contains this notion that we are capable of letting go of negative emotions, like anger, jealousy , suspicion , fear, and what have you and of course, that is actually quite a task, and effort, and does require , even sometimes training in arious ways, but is possible. This maybe painful, or painless, , but clearly requires effort and persistence.
But I think that, and perhaps this is my point, releasing some of these emotions from our lives is a huge step on the path of changing our habits, which obviously can be a tremendous event or accomplishment, that you need have no negative emotions about, at all.
